Few instructors speak and very few act and, Balkar is of the second breed. He knows and he knows well to teach and build your confidence. Classes with him are based on the principles “High quality driving and lessons for life” and passing the test is just a natural outcome. I miss my classes with him and I went for a handful of classes before my test. His feedback was very specific about my areas of improvement which helped me to focus on them.
